Deletion request

Use this form to request the deletion of your account or of some of your data. You will receive a confirmation link by email: the request is only forwarded once that link is opened, which prevents someone else from having your account deleted.

How to find your account

The email address is required: that is where the confirmation link is sent. The other two fields help us find your account.

What happens next

  • You confirm the request from the link sent by email, which proves that you do read that address.
  • Once your identity is confirmed, deletion is carried out within thirty days and we confirm it to you.
  • Some data may have to be kept where the law requires it; if so, we tell you which and why.

We will never ask you for your password, neither on this page nor by email. A message asking for it in the name of KYA-Energy Group would not come from us.
